I'm not a huge fan of Yellow on most vehicles (Sorry Jeff) but this Plymouth doesn't look bad al all... I like the rims too. Good choice IMO.

As we keep saying the rims can make or break the rig. IMO these rims break it...

Quick project today. It looks so much better with a bumper.
I saw this late 80s Riviera the other day. If you ask me, it's one of the better looking Rivieras since the mid 60s, of course the name should have been dropped long before the 80s

Sad, but I will say that's one of the cleanest examples of those cars that I've seen in a while. Look at the size difference between the Buick and the Lincoln thing beside it.

I drove a Plymouth Volare and Dodge Aspen (they had both) in my Driver's Ed class. Cool thing was that the driving instructor was my neighbor, and we lived 12 miles outside of town, so he often let me drive home. On a totally unrelated matter, his (hot) seventeen year old daughter was discovered to be dating her mid-30s History teacher. Yeah, she passed the class with flying colors.
She did end-up marrying the guy after graduation, so...

We had a menagerie of cars for DE, the highlights were the Buick and Plymouth Lazer Turbo, we also had a Camry, an Escort, and a 4 door K-car.

I got kicked out of school prior to making it to drivers ed.... So I had to pay to go to a private drivers ed school. I wanted my drivers license BAD..

Well, they got married in the end, so there's that, but if I was in his situation, Mr History teacher would have been looking for wheelchair driving lessons after I ran his ass over twice with the drivers ed car.
Out in the country today and I found a few old Fords doing what Fords do...
