I like that notion. Just the fact that no one seems to build anything with a 283 anymore is reason enough to do it. I've many times built a street rod in my head with that engine in it...
Don't care about female attire & what it's called since I'm a man...
Well, as a military man, you did wear a blouse....
Blouse also applies to the tops of field uniforms worn untucked and coming down over the hips. Fatigues had a shirt; BDUs and ACUs have a blouse.
We're not even going to start on the Getting it Right Subject with you.... And yes your SNIVEL incessantly.

You say that as if its a bad thing!
... but OK, how about a Cat D6600?
My uncle built a 65 el camino with a high winding 283 in it.that rig had plenty of go.
He was one of the only guys i knew who could shift his muncie without a pause in the black stripes. But then again he was one of the only guys i knew who blew multiple muncie cases apart
Well , you can say one for sure , a D6600 has 60 max h.p. out of 623 c.i.d and weighs 3260 lbs.
So, in comparison a Jimmy 351 V - 6 is a freakin Formula 1 engine !!!!
A rowdy cam and these might piss off a Karen or two at Starbies.

And now I want to party with a MoPar RB. See, this is my problem.
Dreams don't cost anything. It's reality that gets expensive!
Don't tell anyone that, 307 has a bad rep. Actually, I've recently had a guy tell me he likes 307 because people will give them to you, but with a little know-how they're just as good as any other SBC. I think he just built a high compression one for amateur asphalt circle track.
I've always heard nothing but negatives about both the 307 and the 305.
