I was just wondering after replacing my front and back shocks with Rancho RS5000x shocks if it was customary to replace the steering stabilizer also? My Jeep is a 2000 Sahara if that helps any.

I did, just so they all had the same mileage on them, but it probably didn't need it.
When I put my rancho shocks on, I also did a rancho steering stabilizer. I didn't need to, but the old one appeared to be original. I noticed no difference in the drive. As far as I know, it only makes a noticable difference if your current steering stabilizer is broken.
But it does look nice having it match the shocks!

I did it when the shocks went on so I’d have a zero baseline to work from, not because I thought the old was necessarily gone bad.
