What kind of belt did you get? Maybe the belt just isn’t very good? It sounds like when it’s cold the belt is too stiff and when it gets hot and pliable it grabs better maybe?

Its a Gates belt and its brand new. I like I said before it seems to only be making this noise now after installing this new idler pulley...with the old idler pulley it was not making this chirping noise on startup like it is now.
