My brother in-law has Two Classic Camaro currently, a Cortez Silver 68 RS/SS originally with a 350 but now has a 550HP 427 Automatic black Houndstooth interior, oh & convertible.
Also a 71 Z28 with a 540Cid 750HP automatic & it Handles like a race car fully built suspension, he cruised from Houston to the east coast in it with Zero issues.

That's awesome! One of these days I'm going to buy a 69 RS/SS!

I sold my '64 el Camino and bought my first TJ 10 years ago.

Ya, my sons are 36 and 34 now, and we started the project when they 15 and 13.
My youngest son had it until he got married. Now he wishes he would have hung on to it as his son, my grandson, is now 14.

Very cool! My Dad was never into cars but I wish he had been. I got started when I was 15 on my first car my parents bought me.

I love the first and second gen Camaro's! But my heart really lies with the A Body GM's.

Sold my '64 Skylark convertible to get my Mustang. Sold the Mustang to get the TJ. It was a lot of fun, but not nearly as nice as Chris' Camaro! It was a driver.

I miss my Camaro. The Camaro and the TJ are my two favorite vehicles ever!

Before this there was a 1956 Chevy wagon-265 three on the tree with electric overdrive. Then a 1960 Chevy Bel Air That was so raked a bumper jack was worthless to change a rear tire!
Then there was the VETTE. Damn!! Sure wish I still had the rocket.

I had to drive this over I80 from Colorado, Wyoming, Utah pulling a 4x8 Uhaul in a freaking blizzard. -My mom was in a car crash in Oregon and in intensive care not expected to live-- I had been on the road for over 36 hours from Texas. I might have dozed off for a second and all of a sudden there was this thing behind me so close I thought I was going to be run over. I slammed it down into 3rd and stood on it. The ass broke loose and I layed several hundred yards of rubber before I realized it was that F'ing trailer that was trying to run over me.
I laugh now but not then

Okay, probably not the best car for that, huh? The TJ would be better suited.

Well I probably would not have the run over me problem, but a 4x8 loaded with everything I owned in the Rockies with a tj
would have been a test.
