After solving my radiator issue, I had another issue come up. The other day (about 2-3 days ago) I was getting fuel from the gas station. When I went to start my jeep, it cranked over and immediately cuts off. So I went to crank it over again, it did the same thing. Eventually I got it to start after giving it a little gas but then as soon as I lift my foot off the gas pedal, it cuts right off again. I ended up starting it (while giving it gas) and drove it home since I live 7 min away from the gas station. As soon as I got home I turned the jeep off and started it back up and there was no issue. Haven't had an issue since until yesterday morning. I was leaving for work and noticed my voltmeter rise and go past 14 and straight to 19 after 10 minutes of driving. Eventually it went down to 14 after. Leaving work yesterday, it did the same thing to me when I was at the gas station, It started and then cuts off. I drove it for about 10 miles and pulled over into a parking lot, turned it off and started it back up and runs fine. I noticed that now my aftermarket radio doesn't work, doesn't turn on. Looked at the fuse panel and the fuse is fine. I did research on those who had a similar problem and they said the IAC valve. Also, my jeep does need a fuel pump but not sure if it has to do with this. It's been running fine before up until this week.
