Hi all.

I'm trying to replace my condenser. The new condenser from NAPA didn't come with the studs that the refrigerant lines bolt to, so I assume I have to take them off the old one. Anyone have any tricks on getting them off without boogering up the threads? I tried screwing both nuts on and using the bottom one to unscrew it, but the nuts aren't wide enough to get my wrench onto the bottom one. I'm assuming they screw off normal.

Thanks!

I've always used the double nut trick. If there is an unthreaded portion in the middle of the stud you can use some needle nose vice grips
