Control Arm Cam Bolt Question

SO I started to look around the jeep and noticed my lower passenger control arm is loose on the frame side bracket. I tried like hell to get it torqued down to Spec and could not do so. So upon investigation it looks like the bolt and nut was replaced with a different size and looks to be the reason I cannot get it tight. My buddy gave me free cam bolts
Pro Comp 20-65226 Alignment Cam Bolt Kit for Jeep TJ/LJ 97-06
but idk if i can use them with an aftermarket adjustable control arm and get better results.

Any advice on if I should use these or not?

Cam bolts will work as a bolt but I would go to the hardware store and get plain bolts and washers.

Okay awesome. Would you happen to know the bolt and nut sizes? We have a small town hardware store that has a small stock. I'll probably have to order them and I can't find the bolts and nuts through Amazon or anything.

You can use a 9/16 equivalent if you cannot find metric.
