I have a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0 5 speed manual. It’s my first Jeep I love it but in the last two months have been rough with it. I have had the head reworked at the machine shop head gasket replaced, water pump, upper and lower hoses, thermostat, thermostat housing, belt, idler pulley, belt tensioner, oil sending unit twice, radiator cap replaced. I am still losing coolant and no white smoke, no leaks inside or out oil looks brand new. I can’t find anything wrong with the radiator. It’s never overheating but I have to top off the reservoir weekly. Any ideas I am about to give up.

You’re not seeing a puddle under the Jeep?

Don't leave a puddle under the jeep. Coolant is sweet and animals will drink it where it metabolizes to formaldehyde, acetone, and other toxic stuff.

Was there an issue when you purchased the Jeep causing you to do that work ? Was it using water from the get go ? Did the head get magna fluxed ? and or pressure tested ? Sounds like you spent a lot of money with someone, Is there any warranty ? If there's no water on the ground its either a small leak and steaming off before dripping or going out the tail pipe. Just my opinion.

Hopefully you didn't rework a non TUPY 2001 head, known to crack right under the oil cap. Remove the oil cap with it hot and look for bubbles, coolant.

Other option is the heater core leaking.

Should have thrown the head away,I have heard whenever anything goes wrong on a non tupy head just get rid of it.i just had to replace my early non tupy with 130,000.I replaced it with a tupy head, all is good now.

Pretty sure all (or most) coolants today have a bitterant added specifically because of that issue.

I had this issue and solved it with a 1/4" drill.

My coolant reservoir (maybe all have it, maybe some, but mine does) has a cone that goes down inside the reservoir and the bottle is rather skinny at the top. The coolant is fed in from below the coolant level. When the coolant expands it is pushed into the reservoir and because of this cone it is forced around the outside of the cone and out the overflow tube. I drilled a hole in the cone just below the neck of the jug.

The coolant will expand nearly 12%. With a 10 1/2 quart system (336oz) you will not fit an extra 33ozs in the overflow jug. It gets pushed out and then when it cools down it looks low.

Try not topping it off and checking it every morning to see if the level drops in the radiator. If it does not, I think you have the same issue as I had. If the coolant drops in the radiator, you have a different issue.
