First thing you need to do is determine if the wiring harness for the cruise is on your Jeep. If it is, it's just a matter of sourcing a few parts and then plugging them in/connecting them. If you don't have the wiring it can still be done, but becomes a bit more involved. When I added cruise to mine, the harness was there. I bought a new cable to go from the throttle body to the cruise servo, got the cruise servo out of the junkyard from a Liberty I believe, got the steering wheel switches from the junkyard out of a ZJ, and used the servo bracket from the Liberty as well. The bracket has been discontinued, and no junkyards around here had any TJ/LJ's. I used the bracket off of the Liberty and just bent it and drilled one additional mounting hole for it. Just my experience, YMMV
