They have a nice taper on the underside, which when combined with the angles of the face of the bumper, probably makes it a little more difficult to pull off properly. I had one shop give me a quote of just under $900. Ouch!Yep, they are darn nice, bet you could have one made up at a good welding shop, they don't "appear" to be that complicated.

That's not winch ready, those mounting bolt holes are spaced too far apart... winch mounting bolt holes are only 10" apart. That is only ready for a winch mounting plate as would be nearly any bumper.
