Any reason not to run the narrow ones over the standard ones? I’m gonna replace my heims on my lower control arms with them and was probably going to go with the narrow ones.

Not that I’ve seen. They actually give more movement before contacting the brackets.

i run a narrow on my front upper link on the frame end, it's kinda tight up there next to the driveshaft. there was a difference in the bushings IIRC that prompted me to call Currie and they say the narrow joints are just as strong and will handle the task.

You want as big of a joint as possible that still allows the misalignment you need.
A single 2.5" Johnny Joint offers about 30° of misalignment from center.

To put that into perspective, this is my front axle at full articulation measured relative to the frame. The shocks are 12" long.
