Currie Mini Skids & OEM Control Arms

Do the Currie Mini Skids work with stock TJ lower front control arms?

I'm nearly certain that the factory arms are too large for the skids to fit.

That’s what I’m thinking, the JKS ones that are a similar design explicitly say they don’t fit but figured I’d look for forum input. May see if a local off-road shop can fab up a set for me, would like to strengthen that area.
