Hello.

'98 TJ Sahara with a G2 Dana 44 (low pinion) swap. I'm running 33 inch tires and a cheap Zone off-road 3.5" lift kit. I've replaced a lot of the lift with JKS stuff (like the front Track bar and springs) just because of the quality difference. I'm running into issues with clearance, especially with the front Track bar (pictures provided) I'm not so concerned with the rear not clearing the gas tank because I was planning to go into the Genright tank anyways. I'm trying to find solutions that will get the front track bar away from the differential cover, but the only partial solution I can find is a heim joint front track bar like the one offered by Metalcloak. I plan to upgrade to a 4.5" Metalcloak long arm eventually. For financial reasons, I didn't go into a low pinion axle like I probably should have, but I was tired of A: not having a front locker and B: blowing the rear gears of the stock axle. I'm also interested in finding a lower profile diff cover, but I don't know if the diff cover kits are mostly "universal" ie. The bolt thread pitches are the same. Look forward to hearing everyone's thoughts and solutions.

Pull the axle backwards.
Grind the axle housing.
Bend the track bar.

Mine has some combination of all three of those.

Also, double check axle center at ride height and axle square to the frame. All of that can affect how will things fit and where they fit.
