Death wobble after replacing wheel bearings

I would suggest checking the steering box to see if it has a backlash setting screw on a tj, on most vehicles there is a lock nut and screw that sets the backlash of the the gears inside of the steering box. It can be adjusted as a vehicle wears and ages.

When you got your wheels balanced did they make tire rotation or re-installed the wheels in their original position. I experienced this problem after a tire rotation caused by a bad tire. Switch rear wheels with front wheels and see if problem is still present.
