I drive a lot and charging the phone always sucks with the cords. I wanted a wireless charge but mounted not un a tray (that would have been super easy) as i use navigation a lot. List of items used at end. Setting up the wirless charger didnt take long at at all I made a custom mount that took awhile. I bought a quick charger and took it apart just in case i need parts for mounting (i did and used part of the case).
1) assemble jump fuse, ground wire and usb power buck module with soldering iron.
2) place in housing to protect.
3) remove right speaker cover, windshield vent cover and console cover.
4) use ground next to speaker, connect jump fuse assembly.
5) connect micro usb cord to assemble and run up through dash, secure behind glove box with zip ties.
6) drill/cut holes as need to run out dash(if you just want to use original tray on top you mount quick charger underneath no need to do that) to connect to quick charger.
7) Connect to custom mount
withwireless charger.
