Could also be you still have air bubbles in the lines. If the light is coming on that could be the proportioning valve moving due to air in 1 side of the system.
You may have gotten the new calipers reversed, left side on the right side & visa-versa. That will prevent you from getting all the air bled out of the lines and caliper.
If the bleed valve is below the brake line attach point the rotors are mounted onto the wrong sides and need to be swapped.
This is how they must look, notice the bleeder valve is above the brake line attach point. They can be bolted onto either side but only one of them is correct.

And did you use FRESH brake fluid? If you use fluid from a partial full bottle that has sat for a few weeks it can absorb moisture out of the air.
None of us are trying to insult your intelligence, just trying to get your brakes back up.
Huh? What? They gave you two for the same side? So, I really don't get much time during the week to work on the jeep, but i did get a look at the new calipers and the drivers side is not the correct one. Will remove this weekend and see if Oriellys will do a swap.

Very common myth. If you take your partial bottle of brake fluid off the shelf and invert it, does fluid run out?And did you use FRESH brake fluid? If you use fluid from a partial full bottle that has sat for a few weeks it can absorb moisture out of the air.
