ECM problem?

Hello all.
I have intermittent issues, like the wipers not working sometimes and slow to indicate fuel gauge and oil pressure indicator. If I disconnect the three ECM modules and reconnect them all works well. Is this issue indicative of a failing ECM. What I don't know about ECMs, I can write a book about. Thanks for reading.

I see in your profile that you have a 98 model. I would look at the wranglerfix,com website, see what they offer and then give them a call and explain what is going on with your Jeep.

Hi guys, hope you will find the issue.
@Wranglerfix could you help with a basic protocol to check the PCM, just to check if it is needed to send it to you?
I mean what voltage for CCD Bus, waht pins to check for grounds and power feed, etc...? It would be helpfull, thanks in advance
