Engine won't crank over

There is one in the charging circuit but it wouldn't cause this problem.

I'd sure focus on your transmission's neutral safety switch circuit
I have red, black, brown, green-ish, and yellow w/black stripe wires on the neutral safety switch plug....anyone know which ones I would jump between to bypass the switch???
I already tried to remove the plug and plug it back in just to see if it was loose and still nothing.

Stolen from another forum on ls swaps. (General)

Yes its an LS3. I am hoping it has nothing to do with the swap, but you never know. It's somewhere in the starting circuit, so I don't think that has much/anything to do with the swap. Like I said, there is power out of the ignition switch, it just isn't making it to the starter relay. Everything past the relay is fine. I will check the trans connections tomorrow.

Do you have a switch at the brake petal that requires you to push the brake in order for it to crank. On most it’s a trigger several inches above the brake that gets pushed by the brake arm when you push the brake. On other cars I’ve had to adjust those before because it wasn’t getting pressed far enough or it worked loose. You may want to lay where you can see above the brake and push the brake to see if a sensor is being mashed to find it. Then I’d push the sensor with my finger as far as it would go and see if it cranks, if so I’d adjust it....if not and you think it may be the problem they are usually like $10

My apologies about bringing up this old thread, especailly since it's about a GM conversion.

My 4.0 is doing the same. If the ignition actuator is bad, I should be able to visually see it, if I take the column apart, yes? I know it's only $40, but I don't have a lot of time between now and the time of our offroading trip in November, so I'm just trying to narrow it down without continuing to buy parts (new starter already installed and relay swapped/tested, checked battery terminals). I will check main grounds tonight.

Any helpful info would be greatly appreciated.

I found G104 grounds bad replaced them on a 10 rubicon 3.8 auto now won’t start nothing everything else works
