Go ahead and research regearing , because big tires change the game .
I just regeared to 4:56 for my 33" tires , and am so glad . It's really essential , as the big tires change the ratios and kill the power curve of the engine . There is no downside , and if you don't re gear , you 'll pay more in fuel and possibly in drive train wear as well.
