The soft top frame folds down below the tub rail. The fishboner thing gets in the way of that. Look at the Tuffy boxes. Their box may look unnecessarily small, but they left a 2" gap between it and the tub for the soft top to fit.

Right on, I don't own the fishbone organizer, however, the product description states its compatible with both the hard top and soft top.

If by compatible, they mean removable or a bikini top.
These are my ammo cans showing where the soft top frame needs to go. Their installation is modeled after the Tuffy boxes.
If there is no soft top frame to be mindful of, that whole space can be filled with box.
