I'm possibly in the market for a new rear bumper. I'm looking for a flush mounted with shackle mounts and a receiver integrated in to it. I dont expect to be towing but you never know. Anyone on here run something like this?

Genright (This) or Savvy (This) are probably your best bet. Going to be a bit hard to find a completely flush bumper with a hitch included. A hitch will take away a good bit of departure angle so many companies choose not to include them on their bumpers. From what I understand, the Savvy bumper isn't really supposed to be used for towing. The receiver is more for recovery than anything else. There are definitely bumpers that include receivers, but they might not be completely flush like the genright kit above.
Motobilt makes a rear crossmember that doubles as a rear bumper. I've always thought it was an awesome idea. They will weld the D-Ring attachments on if you request.

Yeah I saw a thread from the engineer of the savvy bumper saying he wouldn’t use it to tow or to put something like a bike rack on it. It was designed only for recovery.
If it's strong enough to pull a Jeep out I'd think it would hold up to a bike racks weight.
I think it’s more the stress on the tounge. The bike rack works as a big lever and aluminum stresses differently.

Hmmm...would work great for a rock crawler though. And 1/4" too. I like the dimple step if you want to use it to stand up on the Jeep to reach up top. That's a pretty cool bumper. Does it tie into the factory crossmember, or does it discard it?
Bolts to the factory cross member. But just like any Jeep TJ rear bumper. You NEED frame tie-ins if you plan on using the hitch.
I can tell you, the hitch set up on this bumper can handle far more than you could ever pull with a Jeep.
Long story short. I had a strap hooked to a hitch pin in the bumper. Jeep in 4low hooked to a full size shipping container 75% full. The ground was mixed loose gravel and asphalt. All 4 tires spinning. Bumper held up perfectly. Even a few slack pulls.
Barnes makes one, but without a receiver hitch.

@JeepZilla380 I really like the look of those without the receiver. Great simple design and only $129! You cant beat that.
