Footman loop attachment (cargo area)

I am missing one of the footman loops in the rear cargo area - I just have two holes in the floor. I have a matching loop but no attaching hardware. Can someone tell me how they are attached? The remaining ones are covered in bedliner which I do not want to remove. It does not appear that I can get to the bottom of this area of the floor without removing quite a bit of other stuff. This is on a 2003 Wrangler.

Some are riveted with a flat head rivet.

Can you just put a rivnut in the floor? Unless you are strapping down a piano they should hold fine.

I have not had any success at finding rivnuts locally. It's hard to order online since I don't the exact size. I guess I will order a few different sizes. Thanks for the help.

I have several (six I think). Dont really like them. They appear to be riveted in.

Try Ace Hardware. That's where I buy mine when I only need a few. Fastenal if I need more than a few.
