Front Driveshaft Rebuild

We are thinking of rebuilding our front driveshaft next, but I would like to check the condition of the splines prior to putting any time/money into it. I have looked around quite a bit for info on how to check and have come up empty for the most part. Anyone have some advice on this or a good link of how to check?

If you’ve got damaged splines & worn out joints it’s probably a good time to pitch it anyway & grab a new one, they’re fairly inexpensive – check out Adams

When I recently asked Tom Wood about rebuilding my front driveshaft he said it wouldn't cost that much more to just install a new one. That's what I did.
