Front wheels locked

hi all
so after clutch replacement and brake line replacement on my TJ SAHARA the front wheels seem to be locked....
4wd shifter in neutral and manual trans in neutral,
the rear wheels turning freely and fronts will not turn at all
newby on here and thanks in advance for any help from you guys/girls out there in TJ JEEP LAND

Sure you didn't replace the brake rotors at the same time?

yes i changed the rotors too

That is the problem then. You put early 97-mid 99 rotors on the later mid 99-06 unit bearings which are shorter overall and let the rotor drag on the steering knuckle when the tire is bolted up.

For the model 99 -06....
A costly mistake on me then ...
