I am in the process of replacing my cracked exhaust manifold, and while looking at the intake manifold while I had it off, I noticed the inside tip of one of the fuel injectors looks like it is missing. It is the rearmost cylinder which is also where the exhaust manifold was cracked. No idea if those things are related. But anyway, my question is, should I replace just this one fuel injector, or replace all four while I’m at it. I don’t know of any problem with the others, but I’m at 195k and I don’t know if they are the original ones but they look like they’ve been there a while. But on the flip side, I usually go by the adage ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’. So… replace just that one or all four?

You want them to flow equally. Best practice is to replace them in sets, especially if they have a few miles on them.
I was leaning that way, replace them all. I‘ve also started wondering where the tip of that injector went! (but I don’t really want to think about the damage it could do).
If you have disassembled the intake and exhaust manifolds and during inspection you discover this problem; IF you are going to replace one... you should replace them all.
I agree on replacing all of them at the same time to ensure consistent flow rate to each cylinder is the same. This will would ensure consistent performance between each cylinder.

Hopefull the tip went out through the exhaust valve and lodged in a cat. The easiest way to be sure is to run a borescope in the cylinder.
