Alrighty, here’s the rear axle. JK 44, RG&A 5.13’s, 6 thou backlash. .049 pinion shim.

I see just a whiff of compound at the face and no sharp line at the root. Seems pretty spot on to me but maybe a touch shallow? @hosejockey61 what do you think?

I'll add on to try and use a little more resistance pressure when taking the pattern, Might be a little more defined.
 
Nice work. There are a bunch of us finishing up relatively large projects before this trip.

And some still trying!

Indeed! Now that the gears are blessed by the master himself it’s rear outboard, brake lines and exhaust and that’s a wrap! Been a long couple of weeks, lol.
