Alrighty, here’s the rear axle. JK 44, RG&A 5.13’s, 6 thou backlash. .049 pinion shim.

I see just a whiff of compound at the face and no sharp line at the root. Seems pretty spot on to me but maybe a touch shallow? @hosejockey61 what do you think?

I think @hosejockey61 is on a two day shift and might not answer for a bit.

My far less experienced opinion jives with yours...I should have bought revolution...I spent three weeks running patterns with a Yukon set on my front Dana 30.

That looks good Josh. You might thin the marking compound just a little bit and re-run the pattern to be sure, but it looks like you're there from what I can see.

I'll add on to try and use a little more resistance pressure when taking the pattern, Might be a little more defined.

Indeed! Now that the gears are blessed by the master himself it’s rear outboard, brake lines and exhaust and that’s a wrap! Been a long couple of weeks, lol.

My wife and I left Fall Creek OR Friday morning headed to the three rivers area in Idaho where the Sellway, Lochsa and Clearwater converge to meet family and cast my 35 yr old sister's ashes into the river.

We decided to take a longer slower route and hit the OOHVA route 5-3...our missing link from our disasterous trip last summer when the rear end grenaded on my 97 Wrangler and we switched to our 2012 JK. It's all on YouTube.
