Still a little new to the Jeep scene came from older BMWs so I got a few questions

1. I have an 02 automatic 130k with the 3 auto speed trans. I notice that if I am at a complete stop, I go to accelerate, it'll shift through first into second good, but if I let off the gas it shifts to third, I'll get a hard clunk into what I believe would be third. It shifts smoothly otherwise if I just continue to gas it. If I am giving it light gas into second usually it won't do that. It's when I'm going a decent speed, but let off the gas before it shifts, and clunks into third I guess. Is this normal? Carfax said it had all the cables adjusted at 115k. I don't know these Jeep trans real well but if they're mechanical would they run off shift points? Excuse me if I'm totally wrong haha

2. Occasionally my passenger side front blinkers won't work at all. They won't illuminate when I turn light switch up one. One might blink for hazards. Anyway, one seems to randomly work when I use the hazards, turn on my blinker, etc. while the other won't, or both won't work. Then all the sudden they'll all work properly again. Maybe something to do with wiring, not too sure.

3. Randomly but not too often when I start the Jeep and it's already warm, it's really hesitant and boggy for like 10 or so seconds and then idles fine. It also sounds like I might have a random misfire occasionally at idle. I haven't looked at anything under the hood yet as I only got it a few months ago (yes I check all the fluids at least), but could the IAC be a little clogged or something? I doubt very much it was ever looked at and cleaned as all the servicing seems to have been done at the stealership according to carfax. Any other recommended servicing I can do would be nice

4. And does anybody know the damn bolt size for where the pipes coming from the muffler and the cat meet? I thought I put the right size bolt on when I welded the hanger back near the cat but the two pipes came loose again. Even had lockwashers on it. Now I have to get it on a lift again and look. Love my rusty Jersey Jeep. Dropping her off sometime this week as the frame side is rotting quite a bit.

1). Sorry can't help. Don't know much about autos boxes.
2)I'd start by checking the grounds. Usually something intermittent like that is a bad connection.
3) weird idle after a warm start is a symptom of heat soak. The ethanol will boil out of your fuel and cause pockets of vapor (think steam). There is a bunch of info on the site about fixing that. Typically you insulate injector 3.
4) bolts on that connection should be 15mm wrench. It's it's got rust, you may have to find a size close and pound a socket on with a hammer.
