Can someone please help me make sure I understand the lift height correctly? I purchased a 98 TJ that already had the lift installed.

Front measures 17.5"
Rear 12.5" (from the front of the spring)
So I am assuming a 4.5" lift, correct?
I am planning on replacing the shocks to try and get a better ride. I have read a ton on the forum and it sounds like the Rancho RS5000X are a popular choice. I am looking at these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JBLRGH8/?tag=wranglerorg-20
I have read on here to NOT base the shock size on the lift, but to compress and droop the suspension to get max\min lengths and then purchase correct size based on that. On these shocks I don't see an option to purchase in specific lengths... any idea if they will fit?
If it is obvious to anyone what the brand of lift is, would appreciate knowing that too. This is all to new to me
