Help! Removing fender last bolt stuck!!

Im 69 and paid my dues with things like you state. Maybe you never looked at things like this. Thank God you are still able to go thru these trials and tribulations, these are the things that keep you from getting Alzheimers. Have a good life brother, you deserve it.
Thanks for all the suggestions everyone! Due to the limited space in that channel, my options were limited. Tried PB blaster overnight MULTIPlE nights- no luck. Tried heat- no luck. Drilled a hole in the fender so I could attack it head on with a manual impact wrench- no luck! Eventually used a dremel cutting wheel to cut slices in the bolt head and then break it off with an impact hammer and chisel!! Fender is off and now I will be drilling the bolt out and tapping fresh threads.

I got a craftsman old set that seems to work everytime. an been finding greater success by heating the bolts up, an spraying them with something non flammable quick to cool them down quick.
All of us know what that is like @Todd M , frustration galore and all the hard work, but u got it and it's worth the blood, sweat, tears and more,
These Tjs are time machines and are worth our best efforts, ^5 dood, keep up the good work!

the upper front on the axle, just got them out. took like a 3/8 drill bit/ drilled the rubber acouple holes, an pressed the rubber bushings out on drivers side, an on passengers side, the drill bit went in an rolled around the entire outside of rubber bushing an spit it out
. then took a sawza an cut into them cups a bit, an then took a screw driver, an a flat punch an banged in the ends, with pb blaster, an then punched them out. used a monkey pipe wrench to turn them a bit, also. wasnt to bad. got the new ones in the freezer next to the frozen blackberries..we'll see what happens putting them in tommorow

Sounds like you used a very logical approach to putting this task behind you. Please believe me that I know exactly what you went thru. Ive been in similar situations where I actually created new curse words. The bottom line is you are now where you want to be. Good luck and I hope you never run into things like that again.
Im glad you put that trouble behind you brother. Im not a preacher but I am very thankful that I run into problems like that simply because it means Im still alive. At this age, if I get up in the morning there are no problems. I lost so many people 20 and 30 year olds, so Im really happy to be alive. Never let your guard down as always this devil is waiting just around the corner with something real big to stick into you. Just think about this. There are people who don't know what a spark plug is or how to inflate a tire. On that scale, you are a master vehicle surgeon. There are a lot of hacks and butchers out there. You are not one of them.

Just one more thing. In the future when this devil comes and tests your ability to remain calm with minimal curse words; when using heat, never heat the fastener. Apply the heat to the surrounding area. Thats what you want to expand, heating the fastener expands it and only makes the situation worse. Careful and thoughtful application of heat will usually get you out of the things that make you curse so much. i wish you good luck brother.
