Help with GMRS

For you radio guys do you know if a MIDLAND MXT275 GMRS can talk with a Samcom fpcn30a handheld radio ? doing the Rubicon this weekend and I have the GMRS but one of my buddies has the Samcon units and I don't know if that can communicate with each other

The samcom looks to be able to communicate on the 406.1MHz -470MHz band, which is inclusive of the GMRS frequency band of 462.55MHz - 467.725MHz.

Whether or not they are legally allowed to do so and/or if any Sad Hams will have an aneurysm as a result, I can't say.

Yes , the Sancom radio will work on GMRS . One of the YouTube videos about that radio said it came pre-programmed with some GMRS frequencies .
