How can I identify which differentials I have?

Newby here, just bought a 2005 TJ with 150K on it. I hope I'm not in over my head. It needs some work.

How can I identify which differentials I have? This TJ has a 6-speed trans and 4.0 liter engine.

Also, would appreciate suggestions on brake rotors & pads. I'm not planning on doing a lot of off road, but again, this thing needs some work.

As for brakes, Centric rotors and BMB pads are the best setup you’ll find.

The shape of the differential will tell you. Probably a Dana 30 in the front if its not a Rubicon and either a 35 or 44 in the rear.
