How many miles do you get before your low fuel light comes on?

Agreed!!!!! But I have a set of AAM 9.35 and 11.5 going in soon. I’ll have to regear to somewhere in the 5s with those because I’ll be putting in 35s then eventually 37s.
Sounds good but realize there's no way to make any of the factory axles strong enough for 37's. Not with internal sleeves, not with trusses, not with alloy axle shafts. Really. And definitely not even the Dana 44 axles that came on the Rubicon which I'm running beefed up versions of with 35's

Mine has the 15gal and it is truly stripped down but does have the 4.0 and a/c...then basic 2 speed windshield wipers, basic radio, crank windows, manual locks, basic manual seat adjustments. I guess I just got a weird one lol
The only things you have that are basic are the 2-speed wipers and basic radio. Every other TJ made has crank windows (unless they came with half doors), manual locks, and manual seat adjustment. Yours isn't so weird.

A 15 gallon tank is weird, though.

Like I said, I’ll have an AAM 9.25 front and 11.5 rear. Coming out of an ‘06 Cummins Mega Cab. Those will be exponentially stronger than D44s.

Just curious.......The numbers/math in my head are a little fuzzy on this one. Can you please explain? Are you mostly all interstate/highway driving with a small tire? Maybe with 2 to 3 gallons left in your 19-gallon gas tank when the low fuel light comes on?
24.5 gallon Genright fuel tank. :)

They say, the light comes on to warn you, you have about 50km or 30miles left. That seems fairly conservative but accurate. I often get the light at the ferry, 50km from home, but towing a trailer I still make it to the pumps.

But KMG, 300miles !!! on 10 gallons..... tell us what motor, tires, gearing,,,, just wow... I want that.

Me too. I typed that wrong. The 300 to 320 mile range includes about 3 of the final 5 gallons after the light comes on. A mix of highway and city driving.

My 99 TJ with the 2.5 gets through about 230 miles before the fuel light comes on, then I know I have about 15 miles left to get me to a station.
Bone dry, she'll only hold 13 gallons (haven't figured that one out yet)

200 tops around town with a lot of stop and go traffic. 4-speed auto, 31x10.5 tires. Seems low next to yours? More details on your setup/traffic conditions?
Sorry, don't come around much, the TJ is 2 years gone. I had OME suspension, Dirtworx bumpers, 265/75-16 tires, automatic transmission. More details in the link below. Mostly stop and go city driving.
