How many of you outdoor cook with a Traeger? If not what is your BBQ rig of choice?

Just a question, not looking for advice.
Pork butt
Do y’all wrap or just let it go till it hits temp ?
I’ve been spritzing it and it’s coming right along. I might forgo the wrap

Both work well. I've found that cooking times are about the same. I think unwrapped will give you a darker, crisper, and more flavorful bark. While wrapping can provide juicier meat, but with a softer bark.
Experiment, find what you like best.

Yea. Like I said I’m not looking for advise.
4 hrs at 235 and 4 at 275 and it was killer.
Took it off at 200 and let it rest for 2 hours. Cole slaw and buttered rolls

Meatloaf is not what I usually think about when I fire up the smoker. I'm sure its good though.
Prefer armadillo eggs?

I have one of these pellet smokers:

It’s been dead nuts reliable and great to take on the go when slightly “glamping”… Also easily ran off of one of these cheap power stations for a pretty long cook

Smokes meat very well and a dern good price (got it for a good bit cheaper on a woot.com deal).
Also, you can disconnect the igniter probe and manually fire it up to use less battery/smaller inverter (~10watts once its fully started because of the fan/auger)
