Jerry can swing arm holders

Greetings to all! I usually don't post much, but today my IMac is working fine for the first time. I'm building a heavy duty spare tire swing arm with a 1-1/2" spindle through welded to my 6" high bumper. The problem I'm faced with is where to place the diagonal braces so I can use those 2" square tube mounted Chinese hip hugger Jerry can holders with my 35's. Hooke Road says theirs will only work up to 33" and won't supply any drawings so I can do the math ( I did pipe fabrication for 30+ yrs ) and make the plan come together.. Any viable suggestions would be much appreciated.

Picture might help.

I'm actively trying to remove all the crap I put on my tailgate. Switch hinges to aluminum. Way too much weight back there.

So those carriers look interesting, I’m not sure I would want them up that high though. I made this bumper/ swing out carrier, it is only one can however and with the spare (33”) it pretty much takes up all the real estate between the lights. I like it but it is heavy but I need the extra fuel and the spare for what I do. Interested to see what you come up with.
