Leak on steering box

Greetings from Qatar,

Hope everyone is well and safe during these weird times.

I bought a steering box from Amazon and had it shipped to my country, when it arrive I noticed some fluid in the box and realized that there was a small dent on the steering box, causing it to leak.

I just wanted to make sure this box is now a no-go since I've been fighting with the freight company for a refund on the shipping and the item as well. Any thoughts?

It certainly looks like something hard penetrated your box and impacted hard enough to damn near pierce the part. Definitely a problem in shipping or when getting packed up. Either way it is the shipping company at fault. That sucks.Good luck
