Leaking water from top

Hey guys, ever since I got my TJ, every time it rains water leaks into both drivers side and passenger side. More so on the drivers side. I have noticed that it comes from the top of the door, where the hardtop and windshield and door meet. It runs down the end of the door ad gets onto the floor and when it pours theres even a puddle. Do you guys think it could be the door seal? or anything else?

Would suggest having a friend generously spray both door areas and roof while you are inside with a flashlight to see exactly where the leak is coming from before replacing anything.

I know it strange but I let my door catch lock but not completely close. And water re routes away from inside of jeep. try it it can't hurt.
