Left blinker blinks fast

Just bought 98 TJ. Left blinker blinks fast if lever is pushed hard but works fine if pushed slow. Also left will not cancel after turn. Hazards don't turn on Right side works fine. The other night took it out and neither blinkers/hazards worked and air bag light was on. Thanks for any help.

I'm not very familiar with the 98 year, but it could be the flasher module. I would take it out, check/replace the fuse and then clean the connections.

Pushed hard vs pushed slow...

Makes me think that I'd start with the multi function switch.
