think I'm getting this posting thing figured out here goes built it out of salvaged parts laying around from a few different broken parts 1/4 steel with a 3/16 hoop added d loops and drop to protect steering box

Sounds about right. It’s the same thing with the cheap LED headlights you see on eBay and Amazon. Same light, just 100 different distributors calling it something different.

The bumper comes with holes for the fog light mounting studs, but the stock light bracket also has a locating tab that keeps the light from turning. I had to drill a hole for that tab. If you have oem fog lights, you probably have that also, but maybe it's a later model thing. You could also grind the tab down to keep from drilling another hole.
