A Super35 kit from Revolution Gear & Axle includes the axle shafts, bearings, and a locker.
The gears are bought separately but my advice is if you're having a shop install install them, not to buy the gears. Instead, have the installing shop provide the gears so if something goes wrong, their warranty on the regearing job will cover both the gears and labor. If you provide the gears and something goes wrong, the shop will blame the gears you provided and take no responsibility. The dealer you bought the gears from will blame the installer because it is the installer who is responsible for gears going bad, from a bad install/setup. The gears themselves are seldom at blame. Gear setup is critical and not even experienced gear installers get it right the first time so you don't want to give the shop any excuse to blame anything they didn't provide.
