I've lived in socal my whole life and never heard that term, although there's a lot of posers that lift the front of their Yotas only for the pre runner look which is sort of similar I guess?

That is the only thing i can think of remotely similar to what he's talking about? Having the front a bit higher so the heavy end of the truck can have more compression during a jump?

I think of it as this fantasy some guys have of towing or hauling big heavy things. The squat is an invisible trailer.
 
I've been cut-off multiple times, tail-gated, "rolled coal" etc.

Sorry, but you’re part of the problem. Left lane is for passing. Look it up.

I pass in all lanes, even the emergency lane. I never drive the speed limit either. I was told years ago that those signs are only a suggestion. 🇺🇸
p.s. I usually put a decal on the rear window to avoid sticking my arm out while driving.🤫
