Looking at getting a lift on my 2004 2 door wrangler. What do y’all recommend as far as manufactures and what else has to be done to the Jeep along with the lift looking for a 3 inch lift I still want it to drive on the highway good

I was going to say Metalcloak lock-n-Load long arm 6 inch lift, but I just didn't feel like getting piled on today

Ah yes, lift height directly to politics. Makes sense.
I think 3" is kind of an odd height. Go all out with a 4" or go cheap 1.5-2.5" and new shocks. I dunno if that's the common consensus anymore but kind of how I feel about it. 4" introduces a cascade of additional problems to solve and those issues start somewhere around the 3" lift height I'd suspect depending on Jeep. RockJock does still make 3" coils, I think. What size tires are you trying to run? That should be a part of your thought process. Adding a 1.25" body lift is a common method to gain some clearance and open the door to some future mods as well without having to do a bunch of additional work to the suspension that comes with higher lift heights.
All the information is here on the forum but I know until you kind of start to figure out the terminology and a vague idea of what you're looking for it's kind of hard to get started.

A look at Kamel girl and my mind drifted to other areas having nothing to do with lifts but having a lot to do with potential to screw something up.
With a 3" lift you will likely need to consider a SYE kit as well to prevent driveline vibrations.
You can do a 2.5 and add a 1.25 body lift for almost 4" lift with no driveline vibes.
This is what I have and it drives great.
What size tires are you wanting to run?
Depending on tire size, are you factoring in the cost of a regear?

3” starts getting into driveline vibration area lift costs. Stay below 3” and life is easier. With that said that is why I went JKS 2” springs and happy with that but they offer a 3”. Just my .02 cents
