Any ideas as to the approximate cost involved to install the locker and re-gear to 4.10 front and back? That is the ideal ratio based on my 33" tires and auto trans. I'm wondering if I should do that since it will be torn apart anyway.
Not an expert just curious, how did you come to the conclusion that 4:10 gears is the ideal ration for 33" tires and auto trans? I just re-geared to 4:88 for my tj with 33" tires and auto with overdrive. It is a great set up but if I had it to do over I'd go to 5:13 gears. No way I would go for any thing less.
