Locks on used half doors

I recently bought used half doors, they have key holes but no keys. How do i get the keys that working the ignition, full doors and rear area door to work on the half doors also. If I can't without replacing all of the locks, can I buy aftermarket half door locks with keys and are they easy to install?

I had the locks for my half doors reset at a dealership. My ignition key operates everything. I removed the lock cylinders from the doors and took them in. It took about an hour for the pair and it cost about $40 per door. I went to a few locksmiths first and they wouldn't touch them. I've never tried but I figured later that if they could do it I probably could too ... so may be I'll try.

Most likely they just built you two new locks, unless you had the keys for the half door cylinders. You have to peel the chrome cap off the cylinders, insert the key, and turn the lock. With the chrome cap off the inside tumbler will pull out, and you can replace the brass tumblers in the lock. The dealers have a tool they slide the key into and it tells them what number tumbler to use. There are 5-6 in the dodge/jeep locks. It's been a while since I have done one so I don't remember the exact count.

I left them my spare ignition key and the 2 door cylinders which I didn't have a key for. He said he reset them and didn't mention anything about replacing the tumblers but it sounds like he may have.
