Since installed years ago, my driver's side LCA has been crooked in the mount. Been aligned numerous times, always comes back not straight like the passenger side is. Any issues to be worried about here?
If that is a spherical joint like a Johnny Joint, then that is just what it does. There is no inherent ability to return to center, nor is there a need to return to center. As long as both ends of the arm are oriented the same, there is nothing to worry about.
If they are both (front and back) the same then no problem. If not then it is probably the jam nut getting tightened down while allowing that end to pivot. Loosten jam nut, align the end and don't let it move while you retighten the nut.

To keep the one joint from rotating I used a pry bar to act as a wedge.
If its dual joint ends turn both ends as far as they go in the tighten direction and then the arm mounts prevent the joint from rotating. When done twist the arm back to center and your two joints should be even.
