Jeep TJ/LJ with 3" front lift. Since my 33x12.50 tires and bigger on a 15x8" wheel with 4.5 spaceing rub the lower control arms when turning hard to the left or right, would switching to aftermarket round control arm help prevent this from happening? Are they of the aftermarket control arms tapered in a little? What do people do when ther're running 17" wheel with 4.5" or more back spacing?

You either need wheel spacers, new wheels with less back spacing or you can adjust the steering stops. Adjusting the stops is free and will cause you to lose very little turning radius which is at a premium in the TJ anyway.

I know I can do those things, Running steering stop spacers now, I was just hoping somebody makes a control arm that is tapered in some for larger tires.

Most any aftermarket control arms are going to be smaller profile than stock.
