"Brake" vs "Break" is even worse than "Wench" vs "Winch"! At least with the latter, there's a meme for it!I defiantly agree.

I did the same after being disappointed with the OEMs and EBC Yellows. They're not just for the tall tires. I put BMB front pads on with 31 inchers on my LJ. They're great on pavement or dirt.
What manufacture does Blaine purchase the pads from?
Yes indeed. The TJ is rated to tow 2000 lbs, and my LJ is rated for 3500. It does pretty well on everything except braking. And crosswinds aren't much fun. But the little bit of extra length and weight of the LJ makes a surprising difference over the TJ.Damn that seems like a big heavy trailer behind a wrangler!
You might be one of the few that can actually benefit from a touch more rear brake.Yes indeed. The TJ is rated to tow 2000 lbs, and my LJ is rated for 3500. Yeah, with that trailer tongue keeping the rear end down. I have Centric Posi Quiet pads back there now, fine for a plain Wrangler but BMBs would be better for towing. You might be one of the few that can actually benefit from a touch more rear brake.
You can tighten up the spring pressure in the combo valve by adding a washer or two. That will direct more pressure to the rear brakes. But, that will suck when the trailer isn't on there.Yeah, with that trailer tongue keeping the rear end down. I'll be retrofitting brakes to the trailer if the parts ever come in. Hopefully I'll have the trailer brakes working before towing it again.
That's two funny.
Some of them like it and prefer forcefulness. There are many different levels of education and intellect on this forum and I’m on the lower end, but I would never defiantly break a wench
To steal (steel for Zorba) a little from Jim Croce…What manufacture does Blaine purchase the pads from?
I used EBC because they were the "best" before mrblaine showed me the way of the Wizard. His instructions are key to their great performance.I did the same after being disappointed with the OEMs and EBC Yellows.
You know you don't have to actually pay for one of the dark grey hats, right? You know the drill.I used EBC because they were the "best" before mrblaine showed me the way of the Wizard. His instructions are key to their great performance. His Hello Kitty stickers are the deal maker though.
p.s. If anyone gets one on the BM darker gray hats and doesn't wear it, I will gladly buy it. My lighter gray one is showing it's age after 6 years or so. Sweat stains add character or so I tell people.I love explaining to people "Jeep or not" about how good BMBs are.

I would gladly pay. I remember the drill. You know you don't have to actually pay for one of the dark grey hats, right? You know the drill.
Thank you once again! I just feel like a bum asking for free stuff that I actually use. Paying $120 a week in gas now for my self employed job is absolutely killing me. I refuse to sell this Jeep again. You know you don't have to actually pay for one of the dark grey hats, right? You know the drill.
You talk too much. What hats? What drill? I didn't get a sticker to put on my tool cabinet. I can stick the chapstick on my lips, but it doesn't stick to the tool cabinet very well.
