Getting ready to change the oil, filter, lube, and rotate tires. I’m the “keep it simple” type and use conventional Castrol GTX 10-W30 and Wix filters. I bought a few Wix 51085 from Amazon and inside each box contained a green insert stating “due to supply chain disruptions, MANN+HUMMEL was temporarily making some Wix filters”. Maybe they’ve been the manufacturer all along, first time getting a notice inside the box. So that raises a question. If Wix makes Napa Gold filters, does MANN+HUMMEL also make Napa Gold?
