I have seen Blaine’s stainless hood catch skid plate pop up a few times lately. It dawned on me that factory plastic skid on my jeep has been missing since I bought it. Just waiting for the rivets to be delivered. Looks much better than the scratched paint!

I didn’t know there would be much interest in these. I cobbled this one together using my bench vise and bending it over with my thumbs. I’ll write up a bend program and get some out to the press. My thumbs can’t take bending much more

Hood pins. Yup. But with my luck I'd forget to install mine on the same day the latch and the tie-downs decided to concurrently fail on the highway....

Snagged a new set of fenders. I still need to fully commit to installing. Wanted these before the production ones are plastered with their logo.

With our trip to Moab for EJS coming up, I finished up some loose ends. My half door armor project went through a couple different revisions. I have finally ended with something I am happy with. I am using 1/8” alum, the hinges and the door latch mount on top of the alum skin. Hopefully we can keep them off the rocks now
