We're planning a trip to Moab in February. My TJ is stock with 31s, and I will always have at least two passengers, one of whom has never seen the West. So, I'm looking for trails that are scenic, not technical. I'm looking for 4-wheeling trails, I just don't want to scare my passengers trying to do something too technical, or beat them to death on something too rough. Any suggestions?

Remember, your 'stock' jeep is still considered a High Clearance SUV and will be able to go more places than you can imagine.
If you're planning on going to Arches NP, there are some easy offroad trails there as well.
La Sal Mountain loop; paved, but still a nice drive.

Dead Horse Point is famous for its views and within your rigs capabilities

Needles Point Overlook south of Moab is outstanding. Paved road to there but you can go past that point on gravel road to another overlook.

7 mile Rim is pretty tame with some awesome views along the way. There are a couple of small smooth rock climbs along the way that your passengers can get out and watch/take pics of you climbing.
